JABBRRBOX PRIVACY POLICY

Welcome to Jabbrrbox! Jabbrrbox, Inc. (“Jabbrrbox”, “we”, “us”) owns and operates technology equipped workspaces (each, a “Workspace”) that can be reserved on-demand through our reservation system, and are designed for mobile workers who need a better work environment on the go.

This Privacy Policy discloses Jabbrrbox’s privacy practices and procedures in connection with our provision of temporary Workspaces to our users (the “Jabbrrbox Services”), including the services and features made available through the Workspaces and our website at https://www.jabbrrbox.com (“Website”).

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a new Privacy Policy on the Website at https://www.jabbrrbox.com/privacy, as well as in our online reservation system. The most recent version of the Privacy Policy will be available to you in our online reservation system each time you reserve a Workspace. Your access and use of our Jabbrrbox Services is subject to this Privacy Policy and to the separate Terms of Service, which is available at https://www.jabbrrbox.com/terms and also in our online reservation system.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?

We collect and store information, including personally-identifiable information (“Personal Information”), that is voluntarily supplied to us by you when you reserve a Workspace. Some such information is required in order for you to reserve a Workspace. For example, you must register for an account in order to reserve a Workspace. During registration, you are required to complete the registration form and create a username and password. To complete registration, you must submit your name, email address, cell phone number, and credit card or other payment information. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but by doing so, you may not be able to take advantage of certain features and functionality of the Jabbrrbox Services.

We use the Personal Information you provide to us to deliver the Jabbrrbox Services to you, to improve the Jabbrrbox Services, and to develop analytics and aggregated data that allow us and our partners to provide the Jabbrrbox Services. For example, we will use your cell phone number to send you an SMS access code to enable you to access your reserved Workspace, and we will use your email address to send you administrative emails, as well as emails relating to Jabbrrbox’s products and services, and the products of services of third parties which we think might be of interest to you. By providing us with your cell phone number, you consent to receive text messages at that number as requested to receive your access code(s), and for account verification, invitations, and other purposes related to the Jabbrrbox Services. While we do not charge a fee for text messages, your carrier may charge standard messaging, data, and other fees. You are responsible for these charges. We may send and receive text messages through cellular telephone operators or other networks, and the level of reliability may vary. We are not responsible for the timeliness or final delivery of the message, as this is out of our control and is the responsibility of the cellular telephone operator or other networks.

Jabbrrbox may also capture your image and movements through use of video or visual recording devices and equipment while you are in a Workspace. Jabbrrbox will only use such recordings for monitoring and improving the Jabbrrbox Services, including determining whether you have exceeded your allotted time for your reserved Workspace session.

We may collect and store non-personally identifiable information that is automatically generated when you use the Website. We may use “cookies” on the Website. A cookie is a piece of alphanumeric data stored on a Website visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our Website and identify repeat visitors to our site. Cookies enable us to customize and enhance the user experience on our Website.

Like many websites, we also may automatically gather certain information about our Website traffic and store it in log files. This information includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the Website, and to gather demographic information about our user base. We may use a third-party tracking service that uses log files and cookies to track non- Personal Information about visitors to the Website in the aggregate.

We may employ a software technology called clear gifs, also referred to as web beacons or web bugs, that help manage content on the Website by tracking what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We may tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ Personal Information.

We may use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails recipients have opened. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. If you would like to opt-out of these emails, please you can click the “Unsubscribe” link or follow the instructions at the bottom of each e-mail.

We may use embedded scripts, which are programming code that collects information about your interactions with the Website, such as the links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your computer or other device from our server or a third-party provider and is deactivated or deleted when you disconnect from the Website. In addition, we may use a variety of other technologies that collect similar information for security and fraud detection purposes.

If you utilize the WiFi network that we make available in our Workspaces, we may monitor and store data regarding use of our WiFi network and the internet through that network. We may also track your screen use and movements while using a screen or monitor made available by Jabbrrbox in a Workspace.

We may use the resulting non-personally identifiable information, such as your browser version, IP address, referring domains, pages visited, device and application IDs, the nature of your use of the Website and our WiFi network and cookie, log file, web beacon and similar information, to improve the Jabbrrbox Services, and to develop analytics and aggregated data that allow us and our partners to understand how users utilize the Jabbrrbox Services and to enable us to contact you. Our use of Personal Information and such non-personally identifiable information is subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We also collect and store information about our users’ reservations and use of Workspaces using the Jabbrrbox Services.

Communication from Us

Special Offers and Updates
We may occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals, and promotions. You can sign up for these emails from us on our registration page. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link or follow the directions at the bottom of any email.
Service-Related Announcements
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on those occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if the Jabbrrbox Services are temporarily suspended for maintenance or if there is an issue with your reserved Workspace, we might send you an email.

Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.

Customer Service

Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we may send you a welcome email to verify your username and password. We will communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email. Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personal Information without your consent. However we may share your Personal Information in situations described below:

We may release your Personal Information to authorized agents who are employed by us to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share information with them to provide products and services to you, such as our third party payment processer. Unless we communicate with you differently, our authorized agents do not have the right to use any Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to work with us. You hereby consent to our sharing your Personal Information for the above purposes.
We may disclose your name and contact information to the owner of the building in which you reserve the Workspace using the Jabbrrbox Services.
If we believe it is necessary to investigate potential violations of our Terms of Service, to enforce those agreements, to comply with law or to protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
If we or our business are acquired, your non-personal information and your Personal Information would be transferred to the buyer as part of that transaction, provided that the conditions of this Privacy Policy would continue to apply.
Except as described above, we may release your Personal Information to third parties with your consent. You will be notified when your Personal Information may be shared with consent, and you will have the ability to prevent us from sharing this information in this manner.
Disclosure – Analytics.

We may also provide non-personally identifiable information, or aggregated information that does not identify you, to third parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Third-party Services

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services through the Jabbrrbox Services. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by the Jabbrrbox Services.

Information You Post or Disclose to Others

Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily make your Personal Information or other private information available for viewing by third parties online - for example on blogs, discussion forums, or other community posting or social networking sites – or where you disclose Personal Information to others in interactions in our Workspaces – that information can be seen, collected and used by others besides us. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such information.

Information Security

Jabbrrbox is committed to protecting the security and privacy of your information stored by us. We will use reasonable security safeguards designed to protect your Personal Information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. While all standard security protections are implemented by us and our hosting providers, we cannot guarantee the physical or electronic security of the servers and databases on which the Website or any Jabbrrbox Services is hosted.

When you use a credit card to reserve a Workspace, we do not process, record, or maintain your credit card information. We use a third-party payment processing service to process all payments made through the Jabbrrbox Services. Minors

The Jabbrrbox Services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. If you become aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, please contact us at support@jabbrrbox.com. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we take steps to remove that information and terminate the applicable account.

Please see our Terms of Service as may be in effect from time to time, establishing the use, disclaimers, and limitations of liability governing the access to and use of the Jabbrrbox Services, including the Website.

Jabbrrbox may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
